Wyoming exploration update
Updated: Sep 4

The position
Red Lab Lookout LLC, the hard-rock exploration affiliate of Reservoir Rock Partners, holds mineral leases in two areas of Wyoming's Precambrian basement: the Hartville Uplift in the southeast and the Sierra Madre in the south-central part of the state. The positions were assembled between 2023 and 2026.
Working model
Our working model is that these areas represent parts of a single mineral province associated with the Cheyenne Belt, with potential for iron oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) style systems. Target selection has drawn on public regional gravity and magnetic data, including the recent WSGS/USGS Earth MRI airborne surveys, together with the historic mining record of each district.
Work to date
Work has combined geophysical interpretation and structural compilation with field sampling programs across the region. The resulting sample and analytical database continues to grow and supports the geochemical and isotopic work now in progress. A technical paper describing the model is in preparation for submission later this year.
